Why Families Trust Our Training
“
Excellent training and trainer. I signed up for a consultation, and once it started she gave my dog complete attention. I have never learned so much about dogs and training than I had in my given time slot. I am extremely grateful for this lifelong knowledge, and her being so helpful. She went above and beyond any expectations. I had worked with K9s in the past, and had yet to see this level of professionalism and competency in dog handling. I am so glad someone recommended her to me. Now, I recommend her to anyone reading this.

Lora Nix is an excellent trainer and dog behaviorist. I adopted a Dutch Shephard & Pit mix form a local rescue. About the age of 2, she started to have dog aggression issues. I had tried other trainers to no avail and was becoming desperate when Lora was recommended to me. After one class I had control and a knowledge of how my dog learned and how to get her attention in situations with a lot of distractions. She made training really fun for both of us. Thanks to Lora I have a dog who can hike off leash, has completed a group agility call off leash and can visit dog parks.
Lora also helped my mom with her little Lemon Beagle, who is the polar opposite of my dog. She came from a hoarding situation and was adopted from a local shelter. She's afraid of everything and after a year she hadn't improved much. Lora was once again great describing the nature of the breed and the difficulties that hoarded dogs face. She gave us a lot of great tips and recommendations to make her life more manageable and happy

I took my puppy Cato to Lora for 4 weeks so he could work on and possibly get his CGC, my dog is very stubborn, he would react to other dogs especially if they barked at him, walking with him was a nightmare because he would basically drag me. He would bump into my kids and make them fall on purpose, after being with Lora he does NONE of those things!!!! I’m so in love with her work. 10/10 recommend. He even got his CGC title/ribbon. Which I really thought he wouldn’t pass because of him being so stubborn. Lora is THEE dog whisperer ♥️
