Service and therapy work require more than obedience. Dogs must be able to remain composed, responsive, and confident in complex real-world environments. Our training develops the obedience, environmental stability, and handler communication needed to prepare dogs for demanding working roles.

Our Experience

For service-dog teams, training can include public-access skills, travel preparation, environmental conditioning, and individualized task-related foundations.

For therapy dogs, we focus on calm engagement, appropriate social interaction, reliability, and the ability to remain comfortable and responsive in emotionally demanding environments.

Lora's experience extends beyond training into the environments where therapy dogs serve. As a certified hospice volunteer, she has worked directly with hospice patients and understands the sensitivity, stability, and temperament these settings require. She also trains therapy dogs serving the Johnson County Children's Advocacy Center.
